Each Shapeshifters garment is made to measure in our Vermont studio. Under normal working conditions, our order turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
Under pandemic conditions, this time fluctuates wildly depending on circumstances very firmly out of our control. If it’s been more than four weeks and you haven’t heard anything, feel free to email us for an update – we may be trying to get in touch with you about your order.
