Binders and sports bras are made with our strong binding mesh base and a layer of Spoonflower's solid sport lycra over it. The mesh is a spandex/nylon blend, and the sport lycra is an 88% polyester/12% lycra blend.

All of our garments are custom-made and made-to-order by four very talented tailors who each work on separate schedules to keep our employees and ourselves safe during the pandemic. Each garment is made in the order that it was purchased.
Custom Binders and Sports Bras take 4-5 weeks to make and ship.

COLOR MATCHING
COLOR MATCHING
As always when translating colors from the screen to actual fabric, there's some chance that the colors you see on your screen may not exactly match how it turns out. While we can't offer samples of specific Spoonflower patterns, you can order a swatch directly from Spoonflower. From the fabric order page on Spoonflower, set the fabric type to 'Sport Lycra' and the unit type to 'Swatch'.

While mostly satisfied with the quality of the binder, I have given a rating of four stars due to the customer service I experienced.
It took ten weeks to receive my binder, and I had to email twice before I received a response.
I am very pleased with my binder. It is exactly what I ordered, and the wait was well worth it. I will be ordering from here again!

I bought my binder a few years back, wrote up an email thanking the company at the time, didn't realise I could rate it on their site as well!
I wasted a bunch of money on other binders that not only didn't bind well, but also hurt me. Particularly gc2b after their company became much, much worse than what it used to be. I really wish I just saved myself the pain, damage and money and ordered a custom binder from shapeshifters.
I can't bind as much anymore (combination of unsafe binding as a kid before I even knew what it was - and gc2b binder genuinely hurting me really badly) but I still sometimes put this binder on and it makes me feel so much better. It's way more comfortable than other binders I had and also works better. Bit stretched out with use, but still holds up very well given the time - without any!! tears. I plan on removing the binding pannel after getting top and wearing it as a tanktop, as I really love the print. Amazing company, thank you!!
